Smoked Mozzarella Pasta
(1 16 oz Box) penne pasta
(2 bags ) bag baby spinach leaves
1 onion sliced thin
1 clove of minced garlic
8 cherry tomatoes cut into half
1 8oz cream cheese
1 ping of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 pound of smoke mozzarella cut into cubes
1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
Bring water to a boil add olive oil or corn oil and teaspoon of salt to water, then add pasta stir continuously so the pasta doesn’t stick together.
While you’re waiting for your pasta to cook sauté onions, garlic, spinach and tomatoes in a pan with light Virgin olive oil (cook on medium). Once all vegetables are cooked add heavy whipping cream, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Add seasonings and stir consistently once mixture thickens add sauce to the pasta once it’s drained and thoroughly cooked. Turn isle down to low and add smoked mozzarella and sprinkle a dash of paprika!
