Easy Chicken Broccoli Bake…

This easy cheesy chicken broccoli casserole bake is made simple for moms on the go. This is a meal you can prepare the day of, or the night before and just bake it whenever you’re ready for dinner. It has simple and fresh ingredients that are good for the whole family, and also doesn’t break the bank at the grocery store.

1.5 lbs of boneless chicken breast
12 oz bag of frozen broccoli
2 packs of boil in the bag rice(my favorite is uncle Ben or success)
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of chicken
1/2 stick of butter
4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 bell pepper chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon Season salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 tablespoon Garlic salt
1 teaspoon Adobo

Use all of these seasonings on your poultry for best flavor (mix them together in a small bowl and set aside)
Dice chicken into small-medium cubed pieces and place into bowl. Toss seasoning blend on chicken and heat skillet on medium to high heat

Boil water for rice. Once water is to a boil put in 2 bags of rice cook for 7 mins. Pour in olive oil to coat bottom on skillet. Cook chicken for about 7-10 mins or until no more pink is showing. Steam your broccoli. After chicken is cooked, take out and drain. Place diced onions peppers and garlic in skillet and sauté until soft. Add 1/2 stick of butter, broccoli, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, 1/2 cup of chicken broth, and 2 cups of cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once completely mixed and melted add chicken and rice. It should have a creamy thick consistency. Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake for 30-40 minutes, and enjoy with the family!
