Whether you pan seared, grill, or bake your salmon, it’s always a tasty dish everyone can enjoy. Try this fan favorite the next time you are looking for a quick and tasty, yet healthy meal for the entire family to feast on:
- One pound of skinless salmon
- Lemon (one half)
- Pink Himalayan sea salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Melted butter (2 tablespoons)
- Minced garlic (1 teaspoon)
- 1/4 cup shaved parmesan
- 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- Fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In baking pan, place skinless salmon filet, drizzle melted butter on top. Add one teaspoon of minced garlic, sprinkle lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
For Parmesan topper:
Add shaved parmesan and breadcrumbs, and sprinkle fresh parsley.
Bake for 25-30 (this will depend on how golden brown you like your top) and enjoy!
This dish pairs well with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes.
